1. Agreement
By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA). If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.
2. Premium subscriptions and purchases
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription starts automatically.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Premium can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
- If Premium ends, your data stays in the app; only Premium features are locked.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the information you add and share, and you must have the right to share it. Do not use invite links, wishlists or groups to send spam, harass others or share unlawful content. We may disable links or accounts that are abused.
4. Shared links
Anyone who has an invite, wishlist or group link can open it. Share links only with people you trust. You can revoke links in the app.
5. AI-generated content
AI wishes and gift ideas are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before sending. Fair-use limits apply.
6. Reminders
We work hard to deliver every reminder, but delivery depends on iOS, your device settings and permissions. The app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for missed reminders.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above will change. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. Contact: .

1. Sözleşme
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları ve Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA) kabul etmiş olursun. Çelişki olması halinde, izin verilen ölçüde bu şartlar geçerlidir.
2. Premium abonelikler ve satın almalar
- Premium; aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur.
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID hesabından alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduysa, abonelik satın aldığında denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur. Deneme süresinde iptal etmezsen abonelik otomatik başlar.
- Aboneliklerini Apple ID ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İadeler Apple'ın politikalarına göre Apple tarafından yapılır.
- Premium, Aile Paylaşımı ile ailenle paylaşılabilir.
- Premium sona ererse verilerin uygulamada kalır; sadece Premium özellikler kilitlenir.
3. İçeriğin
Eklediğin ve paylaştığın bilgilerden sen sorumlusun ve bunları paylaşma hakkına sahip olmalısın. Davet linklerini, istek listelerini veya grupları spam, taciz ya da hukuka aykırı içerik için kullanma. Kötüye kullanılan linkleri veya hesapları devre dışı bırakabiliriz.
4. Paylaşılan linkler
Davet, istek listesi veya grup linkine sahip herkes onu açabilir. Linkleri sadece güvendiğin kişilerle paylaş. Linkleri uygulama içinden iptal edebilirsin.
5. Yapay zekâ ile üretilen içerik
Yapay zekâ tebrikleri ve hediye önerileri otomatik üretilir; hatalı veya uygunsuz olabilir. Göndermeden önce kontrol et. Adil kullanım limitleri uygulanır.
6. Hatırlatmalar
Her hatırlatmanın ulaşması için çok çalışıyoruz, ancak teslim iOS'a, cihaz ayarlarına ve izinlere bağlıdır. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur ve kaçan hatırlatmalardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu şartlar, zorunlu tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
8. Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
Bu şartlar, ülkendeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İletişim: .
